As an Argentine journalist who ventured successfully in the United States, he feels hurt and predicts a grim performance for any of the GOP candidates in the 2012 elections:
My opinion: In their quest for support of their party’s right wing in the primaries, top Republican hopefuls have given up on the Hispanic vote. That’s likely to cost their party the 2012 elections.
Ironically, most of his Miami-Cuban readers disagree. It seems that they regard themselves at a different league.
